Style Me Unique by BG Return Policy
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic this Policy is set inplace until further notice:
Style Me Unique by BG has a return policy of 30 days from the date of receipt. Customers my return any article of clothing if it does not show signs of being warn/washed, stained/damaged. Customers may also return footwear if soles are still intact. Scratches and stans on footwear will result in a rejection of return.
Feminine ware such as lingerie, bra, bralette and hosiery (etc.…) are all final sale
Items such as handbags, wallets etc.…. May be returned if item is still in good condition as it was first purchased.
Customers must have their original receipt to return any items.
Being that Style Me Unique delivers our products to our customers two ways:
Customers will receive an entire refund except their shipping/delivery costs. These funds are allocated to finding more efficient & cost-effective ways to ship products to our customers quicker.
Exchanges
Customers may exchange items for the same product purchased but different size. This is also in the 30-day timeframe. If Customers would like to exchange for a completely different item alternate to what they purchased originally, they are allowed up to 3 major exchanges a month. This is due to our boutique being online and we will need time to receive &process major exchanges and mail the replacement products in a timely fashion.
Customers will receive 20% back for any exchange made weather minor or major. This is to cover the cost of the product being replaced or the original.
Customers will receive a free shipping label included in their order. They may take this to a post office or USPS location.
